well, rain stopped record, actually. jaymis and i were in the middle of filming a new clip in the city and woke up this morning to find rain means we need to pursue other endeavors for the day. keep an eye out in the city over the coming weekends though – if you see a scooter going past with angel wings and a camera tripod gaffa taped to it, feel free to wave or say hi!
one final thing, i’m playing my last “Brisbane Open Air” gig this wednesday at Southbank. the movie has been changed to “Bran Nue Dae” which will be interesting. i’ve watched two other movies so far that i would not have otherwise chosen to see (“Blind Side” and “Remember Me”) and actually quite enjoyed them. (we won’t speak about the penelope cruz “nine” movie…thankfully rain stopped play then, too!).
